Babbleworthy is proud to offer straightforward pricing. I do not bait and switch with complicated pricing structures. The price per set covers the cost for creating and testing the original design, as well as cutting, hand-piecing and hand-trimming the set, and packaging materials. This medium of cranial band art is not a digital print-off of artwork but hand-pieced down to the tiniest details. It's a labor of love from one helmet parent to another, with a lot of care placed into each and every element!

All helmets decorated with decals, whether they are painted beforehand or not, will need to be sealed with several layers of modpodge as soon as they are applied on to the helmet. Please review the tip sheet that comes with your order and never leave unsealed decals on the helmet. Once the decals are sealed with Mod Podge, take extra care to avoid contact with moisture like water, food-based items, or alcohol, as it can dissolve the protective sealant! Regular mod podge touch ups will be necessary.

I offer several designs that are featured against a painted helmet with an add-on paint kit available in the shop, however as mentioned in the paint kit details, painting is a process that can take many hours of drying time for both the paint and sealer. It also requires patience, finesse, craft ability, and a higher level of maintenance over time. If your treatment schedule is fairly rigid and/or you are looking for an easy decorating option, painting should be avoided in favor of one of the many non-paint options I offer in the shop. **Please note that any decal set pictured without paint including the "Dome Improvement" and "Good Things Take Time" designs are not recommended for pairing with paint.**

Babbleworthy decals are handpieced vinyl art. Some of the elements are simple but most of the design is uniquely built and painstakingly layered work made to order and made with lots of love. You will note all the little details that bring a theme to life, such as facial expressions on the animals, floral accents, and scenic elements are added by hand. Naturally, the application process will thus be different from the decal application process for mass produced, single color, box store bought or printed decals and will require extra time, care and patience! Your understanding and support of this independent form of artistry is truly appreciated!

Sports teams/characters/logos are trademarked, copyrighted art and it is considered infringement to lift and sell this. There's a very high likelihood that shops offering helmet decals including logos/characters do not have a license for this and are profiting off others' artwork without compensating the original artist! Through my own creative journey I've gained an appreciation for artistry and try my best to focus on creating original works. I sincerely thank my valued customers who've made the conscious choice to support hand-pieced helmet art from this small, helmet mom-owned business! Please know I cut and piece each set with incredible care and love!

My decals are always cut to the same dimensions as shown on the example listing, however they may naturally *appear* to look smaller or larger if your baby's helmet is a different size or shape from the test helmets seen in the pictures. There will always be differences in helmet measurements based both on the helmet type as well as a baby's unique head size and the orthotist's approach to cranial treatment. Decals are individually cut stickers however and this provides flexibility to shift and style decals to best suit your baby's unique helmet shape and size! Please note refunds/returns are not accepted due to a perceived size difference as all items in the shop are final sale, so pls message me with any questions prior to ordering.
