Welcome! This is where you get the scoop on my policies. I'm still solidifying these, so if you have any thoughts on how things can be adjusted, feel free to drop me a line. It's important to me that you are satisfied with our communinication and any purchases you make!

I accept PayPal.

Payment is to be made within 3 days of purchase. Item(s) will not be mailed until this time.

If payment is not received, I will attempt to notify you one time. If I do not receive a response I will re-post the item on Etsy.

I do not charge tax at this time. As my business grows I will need to. I will update this page at that time.
I ship to Canada and the USA, if you do not live in these areas, contact me and we'll see if we can figure out shipping costs to your location.

Within Canada your package will be sent by regular post. If you need it in a hurry, be sure to inform me.

You WILL need to inform me if your PayPal address is different than your mailing address.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to me that you receive your package in pristine condition. I consider the time in transit to your house to be in my care, if the item is damaged in shipping notify me immediately so I can send you a replacement immediately. I reserve the right, however, require photographic proof of any damage that your purchase has received.

I offer refunds/exchanges on prints/cards in case of damage or some other problem in the quality of your purchase. Please contact me within 1 month of ordering your item(s).

I offer refunds/exchanges on original paintings within 1 month of purchase date, and ONLY if painting is in the condition that you received it in. The painting WILL have to be returned. Exchanges are a little tricky for original paintings... I may be able to repair the damage and then rush it back to you, or we may be able to choose another item. Contact me immediately if there are any problems and we'll work something out.

If the item is damaged in shipping I will either send you another item (in case of prints or cards) or refund your money (in the case of original paintings).

If you are given a refund on an original painting for any reason, the painting will need to be returned to me IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING or packaging that offers equal or extra protection for the item. If the item is returned in poor condition, you may not receive your refund. I can send photos of any damage at your request.
