Hello! Thank you for checking my shop policies. I usually ship your item within 24 hours, unless we are experiencing bad weather here in Ohio. Either way, I will convo you with the details of when your item will ship.
I do not insure packages under 50.00. If it's over that , I insure free of cost to you.
My packages arrive wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue in a small box. If there are multiple orders, or a larger item, I use flat rate packaging from the USPS. All of my shipping is through USPS.
Be sure your shipping address is correct in both Etsy records and Paypal. Unless you specifically state otherwise, your item will be shipped to to the address in Etsy records. No refunds for shipping to the wrong address if you have failed to give us the correct one. My items are one of a kind, so I will not be able to reproduce the item lost.
I am a very reasonable person, friendly and fair, so please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any issues.

Paypal or personal check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. personal checks will take longer to process- depending on the bank interface. Ususally 1 - 2 weeks.
Shipping
My standard shipping is US Mail First Class. As soon as I get notice of your purchase I will contact you to let you know when to expect it to be shipped. I try to ship next day at the latest unless there is a PO holiday , illness or weather emergency.
At this time I will be shipping to Domestic addresses only.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am a friendly, reasonable person, so please don't hesitate to tell me if there is an issue. I want to make you happy. I expect my clients to be fair with me
If something arrives damaged, please photograph it and show me. We can work it out. I promise. :)

I live in Columbus, Ohio. We experience some bad weather periodically. I'll try to let you know if we are having difficulties with weather, but usually, I send out orders within 24 hours.
I have serious health issues, so if I do not get back to you quickly, my friend Shelley will contact you as soon as she can. It does not happen often, but there are times when I have to be hospitalized for a few days.
Other than that! NO PROBLEM! :)
