I bought this hat to go with a pair of the pink booties for a sweet baby girl. Leah is very talented in the art of crochet and I love ordering baby gifts from her.

Cute booties and very well made. I love giving gifts that are homemade as they are more special than something bought in a store. Leah does beautiful work and you can tell that these are made with care and love.

About

Making treasures for your own baby b'loved

It was over 15 years ago that I took my first step into the world of sewing. Like most little girls, it was a thrilling experience that ended in a tiny doll blanket with huge stitches and crooked seams that only I could think was beautiful.

These days, I still love doing handwork and enjoy whatever type of crafty thing I can find. When my first little niece was born, making baby things came quickly to the forefront!

My days are full with all the pleasures of farm life, but many of the spare moments I have are spent creating baby items, planning the next project, packaging orders, or photographing whatever new styles have been recently finished.

As most of my shop is made to order, I just love being able to create these things for my customers who will often share the story behind who their little item is for. Knowing that "these Mary Janes are for so and so's baby shower" or "these little boots are for her new grandson that is due any day now" makes each stitch meaningful and so rewarding!

So as you can see, my story is simple and I truly love being able to create things for the most precious little blessings in this world.
