Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer service request with a photo of the items in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Economy method is the most cost-effective form of ground shipping. Transit time averages 2-6 business days. **Economy transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**

We decorate our items through DIGISOFT™ printing, sublimation printing, & embroidery. Keep in mind, we have selected the most appropriate decoration type for each garment to take the guess-work out of the decoration selection process. If a certain style is offered with DIGISOFT™ printing, for instance, you can rest assured that we have performed exhaustive testing on every variant color of that garment to ensure it will print beautifully.
