Item not as pictured (colour and ribbon quality) and poorly packaged for shipping. Bow arrived crushed. Contacted seller, and then account and profile of seller disappeared.

Payment
Payments are accepted through PayPal and all major credit/debit cards. Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Shipping
**Current processing time is 1-3 business days after payment is received: Saturday, Sundays and Holidays are NOT considered business days. Want to be sure your order will ship within one business day? Just write RUSH in your note at check out.

Items purchased will be shipped through First Class Mail by USPS which includes delivery confirmation, for one flat rate. A tracking number will be provided to you by email to track and estimate time of delivery. Estimated delivery will be between 2-5 days.

Please allow 5-10 business days for international shipments. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. This is an estimate and may take longer if items become delayed in customs.

Shipment of item through Priority Mail by USPS is available for a charge of $2 extra. Estimated delivery will be between 2-3 days. Please contact me before purchase to let me know.

USPS insurance can be purchased for an extra $1.85. Please let me know before purchasing if you would like to add insurance. Once in the possession of the U.S. Postal System, Baby Boutique Gallery is not reliable for lost, stolen or damaged items.

**IMPORTANT** I ship your purchased items to your PayPal and Etsy address so please make sure this is updated and correct. If it is different or it is a gift to someone with a different address than your account, please notify me at time of purchase. Thank you so much!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me on Etsy. I accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, so you need to let me know if you have a problem with your order as soon as possible in order to process it within that time frame. If we made a mistake with your order, I usually require you to send a picture of the item in question in order to take care of the problem.

If you would like to return an item just because you changed your mind, didn't read the listing, etc and it is NOT due to an error we made:

- Make sure to return it to me within 30 days.

- You must pay for return postage and the items must be shipped the same way I sent them to you. For example, if I shipped the items to you in a box using USPS priority mail you must ship them back in a box with priority mail.

- They must arrive in the same new and unused condition that they were sent in. I will not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged.

- If the above qualifications are met, you will be issued a refund for the returned items. You will not be issued a refund for any shipping/ handling charges.

I reserve the right to refuse service to customers for any reason.
