We are a mother and daughter team who enjoy creating beautiful items for little ones. Many of our items are custom made allowing the customer to create unique and individual products for their babies.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept Paypal or e-check payments only.

You will have 5 days to pay for your item(s), at this point we will send an email and convo requesting payment be made, if we don't hear back from a buyer after 24 hours of the email being sent, the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
Shipping gets done at a variety of times throughout the week. Some items are ready to ship, while others need some time to be created. Ready to ship items should be shipped within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders require time to construct and may require up to 2-3 weeks before they are shipped out.

We ask that our customers understand that life does happen and shipping times are approximate. Should shipping be expected to take significantly longer than previously stated, we will try our best to contact the customer and let them know.

Always allow a significant amount of time for you to receive your items. If you need your item by a particular day, please contact us for current turn around time. Note that all orders are sent via standard shipping and shipping times are our best guess and we can never guarantee an item will arrive by the date needed unless appropriate guaranteed shipping is purchased by the buyer .

You may upgrade to faster shipping for an additional cost by contacting the seller. Should an additional cost be required, we will invoice you the extra shipping costs for priority shipping and will only ship your package after we have received payment.

ALL US ORDERS DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY COME WITH TRACKING. US customers, you will need to purchase additional shipping should you require a tracking number. Some Canadian packages will come with tracking it its weight and size qualifies for small parcel shipping.

Due to the nature of shipping in Canada, it is impossible to accurately estimate the exact shipping of every combination of items that could be ordered at any one time. We don't always catch when a customer may have been overcharged on shipping. Should shipping charges be more than 2$ of the actual shipping cost and an automatic refund was not given to you, feel free to contact us and let us know. A refund will be sent promptly.

IMPORTANT!!!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is never any tracking for packages going to the US and overseas. If you wish to add tracking, please contact me prior to placing your order. If you choose to opt out of tracking, there is no insurance on your package.
Overseas shipping can be lengthy, we hope to have your full patience and understanding that it could take up to 6+ weeks to receive your order. We have no control as to how fast or slow your order arrives once it leaves our hands at the post office. If you just can't wait to receive your goodies, shipping upgrades are available by contacting the seller prior to placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you love the product you receive and there will be no need to return or exchange any of it!

We realize every situation is unique and would like to try and resolve all issues as best and fairly as possibly to satisfy you, the customer. Do not hesitate to contact us immediately upon receipt of the item with your concerns should you require a return or refund.

We will not accept returns or refunds for items that have already been made and or shipped for the following reasons:
-customer changes their mind
-customer ordered the wrong size
-color of item does not appear the same in person as it did on customers computer monitor
