WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRINTS?
The materials used for my prints may change from time to time, as I’m constantly experimenting. Right now, I am creating giclée prints from home using a Canon Pixma iP8720. I print on Finestra Art papers.
Original illustrations are made using acid-free archival Micron pens, Watercolor (mostly Sakura Koi) paint, and Canson cold press, acid-free, mix media paper. I also often use gold and white gel pens.
My wood slices usually come from pine, birch, or white ash trees, sourced from fallen trees within the United States.
Everything I sell, whether a print or original painting, is created with high quality materials and should be handled with care. I highly recommend framing any prints you order to protect them from damage.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO SHIP YOUR ARTWORK?
Your art will arrive to you in a plastic bag within a rigid envelope, complete with protective padding if necessary. I do my very best to use recycled materials for shipping, so I source all of my packaging materials from an environmentally sustainable company. The rigid cardboard mailers are 100% recycled, with 97% of the material made from post-consumer content. They are also fully recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Even the plastic baggies that your artwork arrives in are 100% recycled!
CAN I COMMISSION AN ORIGINAL PIECE OF ARTWORK OR TATTOO DESIGN?
I'm only able to take on a select number of custom orders each month, but if there is something you are interested in, please send me a message. I'd love to chat about creating an original piece of artwork or design for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you have an issue with the item you receive or are unsatisfied, please message me as soon as possible and I will try to resolve the issue quickly. I want you to be happy and love my work so if for any reason you don't, I want to fix that.
However, if you simply change your mind and no longer want something you have ordered, I am unable to accept your return.
If you are an EU based customer and are looking for a return, please send me a message, as the EU laws that apply are different than those for other countries.

I ship everywhere, worldwide! Please note that shipping times and cost do vary greatly depending on where you live, and additional charges that you are responsible may apply.
HELP! MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED.
First of all, I'm sorry that happened! Unfortunately, sometimes the delivery service just makes a mistake and an item will be delivered to you damaged.
If this happens, please photograph 1) the damage on the outside of the package, and 2) the damage to the item itself. Send the photos to me in a message. We can discuss next steps from there!
WHY HAVEN'T I HEARD BACK FROM YOU YET?
I try to respond to messages within a day or two of receiving them. However, this is a one (wo)-man shop; like any small business, sometimes I get busy and the little details get away from me.
