Just got the stone in the mail. It's beautiful. The colors on the stone are gorgeous. Have my keys on and ready to go. Will keep you posted. Thanks again. Your packaging was beautiful as well!

About

A little bit of everything

I started my shop when a friend came along and reminded me just how much I loved to craft. Since then, I have been adding more and more items and setting aside more and more time to work on Bacobu, and it is so cool to watch it grow.

I like doing things a little bit differently every day, so I started with earrings, added a vintage book, some macramé key chains, and a ring or two.

Lately, I've been busy so I don't list things as often as I would like, but I'm still checking for sales and crafting the odd item here and there!

Someday I might settle down on crafting just one or two things, but I also might sprout wings and start living in a fig tree.

Hello and welcome to my shop! I like doing something a little different every day, so you can expect to find variety here, especially as my stock increases!

Payment
I accept credit/debit cards through Direct Checkout (by Etsy) and through Paypal, as well as checks. Please make checks payable to Jessica Spinney. If you would like to pay using another method, or are having trouble figuring out how to make a payment, please do not be afraid to ask!

When I am shopping, I prefer to pay the number that is on the price tag, so taxes and shipping have been included within the US!

Once the payment has cleared, I tend to get non-custom purchases shipped the same day or the next day, but it may take up to five business days to mail your purchase. If I can mail it out the very day you buy it, I will! Custom orders, or any other order with a special request may take longer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped first class with delivery confirmation through the U.S.P.S. unless you request something else. If you want a specific shipping upgrade for your purchase, shipping through FedEx, or a special kind of gift wrapping, feel free to contact me with your request, though it may raise the price.

If you live outside of the USA and want to order something you can contact me to have me look up the shipping costs to your area and charge a more accurate amount than the $10 I have posted for international shipping in general.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, contact me right away and we can discuss whether you want a replacement or a refund. If you return the item to me, I may even be able to repair it! If you are good with a camera, you can send me some good clear photos for a faster response as to whether it can be repaired.

If you wish to return an item that did not break in the mail, please contact me within thirty days of receiving the item. If there is a design flaw or some other mistake on my part, mail it back to me for a full refund or exchange.

If you simply do not like an item you purchased that was not custom, please tell me what was wrong with it and mail it back to me within thirty days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless I can clearly see how you might have expected the item to be different.

I will not replace or refund an item that has been destroyed by the customer in a way that it should be expected that the item would be ruined (i.e., if it has been chopped up in a blender, rolled in a blueberry pie, or soaked in bleach).

I try to make my photographs as accurate as possible in their display of color. Unfortunately, different computers can display the colors differently and my camera likes the color red. Some of my red products may be duller than they appear in the photographs, though I do my best to prevent this by choosing the most accurate images out of the ones I take, and correcting the color the best that I can.

My home is smoke and pet free.
