How do I receive my order?
Your order is available immediately after completing the payment process. A download link is given to you immediately after checkout, and a link is emailed to you when the order is fulfilled. Check your spam & junk folders.
Are instructions included with the designs? I can't find them!
The zipped files containing the designs and instructions (PDFs).
All of our designs come with instructions. They are PDFs. If you unzip files using an embroidery software, PDFs are not recognized. You need to open the zipped file to see the PDF. Adobe Reader is required to view PDFs. You can download a free readeer from www.adobe.com
