All items are made to order. Production and shipping times listed on the order are estimates - most items will ship by the date listed on the order. While we strive to have all orders shipped within three weeks of purchase, work may be delayed around holidays, convention schedules (our busiest season), or due to weather (which delays molding/casting/drying times).

If you have a specific deadline, please email prior to placing your order to ensure that we can meet your needs.

COVID-19 UPDATE - Our shop remains open and 100% devoted to our customers. Please note that some materials we use (resins, dyes, paints, etc) are shipped to us and may be delayed. Additionally, USPS is experiencing potential delays in shipping times. We are also shipping orders in bulk on Wednesdays and Saturdays to reduce the amount of trips we have to make to USPS. We are currently shipping all orders prior to their listed due date however, in some cases there may be unavoidable delays. Know that you are our priority. And please reach out to us if there are any questions.

HALLOWEEN ORDERS - Orders made before October 1st are guaranteed to be received by Halloween (10/31). Orders made after October 1st are not guaranteed and you must contact prior to ordering to confirm if we can complete your order.

WINTER HOLIDAY ORDERS - Orders for any winter holiday (Christmas, Hanukkah, Solstice, etc.) should be made at least four weeks prior to the holiday to guarantee delivery.

WEATHER DELAYS - We strive to ensure all orders are shipped before the deadline and as early as possible during the Winter Holiday Season. Please note that once an item has shipped, if there are unexpected delays due to weather or other emergencies outside of our control, we may be unable to process a refund. If you have a specific date which an order must be received by, please contact prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your delivery window.
