- Fashion can sometimes be very boring and wrong! I believe that we need to change the way we think of the accessories that we wear everyday. I hope to see more people collecting and investing in accessories, and moving away from seasonal trends. Accessories should be treasured objects that become a diary of our everyday life manifested in marks.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If you aren't satisfied for any reason, returns are accepted within 3 days from the date you receive your order according to the customer’s rights.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Your money will be partial refunded / item will be replaced if:
- item is not as described
- item was damaged in transit

You can claim a refund or replacement with photo, clearly showing damage, defects or mistaken item within 3 days from the date you receive your order.

- Your money can be refunded (without shipping cost) / item can be replaced (buyer covers shipping costs) also without any particular reason, after shipping item back to us. You can claim a refund or replacement of items within
3 days of the receipt date. If you decide not to collect your goods, parcel will be automatically sent back to us after 15 days. Please contact and notify us about it and we will issue a refund.

- You must contact us first as any packages sent without authorization will be refused.
Refund will be issued once we receive back the package or tracking shows that the item has been unclaimed and it is returning back to us.

- Items being returned need to be in ORIGINAL condition.
You must include documentation relating to your order including Order Number and Name of buyer. We can not process returns if we do not have this information. Items returned without this information will be refused.


EXCHANGE
We are very confident on the quality of our products, however if you are dissatisfied with your item you may exchange it for any one item of equal value after sending back the original bought item, buyer is responsible for paying return and resend shipping costs.

If ever there is a problem with an item when you receive it, PLEASE contact us right away so we can work out a solution.
Payment
With your payment/purchase, you agree to all shop policies so please review carefully.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Paypal payments and eCheck through Paypal.

Q: Do I really need a Paypal account? Is there any other way to pay for my goods?
A: You can pay with your Credit card through Paypal, without having Paypal account,. Here is link to instructions on how to do it: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/339

Q: I would like to cancel my order? and what if my item is custom made.
A: If you need to cancel your order (non custom made), for any reason, please contact us ASAP. You will only be able to cancel an order before your item ships. Once your item has shipped this becomes a case of a returned item. Please see our return policies for more information.
If your item is custom made, we can not cancel/refund - even when it's not shipped yet.
Shipping
** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- The item will be shipped as clearance of payment is received. Shipping during business days, so your item will be shipped Monday - Friday morning.
- We ship to the address that is indicated in your Etsy account, please make sure that is accurate. We will not alter or change your address unless specified by the customer. We're not responsible for items shipped to addresses that are not current so please double check your information before placing your order.
- Delivery time to most countries is 10-20 business days. Please allow up to maximum +45 business days for the delivery of your item/s. During holidays can be expected delays up to 60 days.

FAQ:
Q: Why has my item not been shipped yet?
A: the item that you ordered is probably made to order and it takes approximately 3-7 business days to complete. Shipping date is always mentioned on your order receipt.

Q: How do you ship item and how long is delivery for international orders?
A: All international orders will be shipped in discreet packaging - via registered mail (airmail - signature is required) with parcel number - NOT tracking numbers, for some countries there will be no update info with parcel number.
Email notification with parcel number will be sent to your email address, once your order has shipped. You will be able to track your parcel from your receipt page on Etsy.

Q: How can I track my parcel? Tracking on Etsy isn't working.
A: You can track your package going on Purchases&Reviews - Track package. If tracking isn't working, you can try with your governmental postal service website.
Not all governmental postal services provide tracking with parcel number.

Q: I need my item by a certain date. Can you rush my order and ship it sooner?
A: We can start to work on your order sooner and rush it, but there is no guarantee package will arrive in time since we don't have any influence on postal service work. Please contact us through Etsy conversation before placing the order if you want it to be dispatched sooner.


**INSURANCE
- We do not ship with insurance :)


** CUSTOMS
- Customs department can hold your mail to check it out, we cannot control or responsible for delays or fees through customs. Please note that all customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International buyers are responsible for any additional customs, VATS, or similar charges that may be incurred.


**INCORRECT ADDRESS - RETURNED ITEM/S
- We ship to the exact address provided by the purchaser through Etsy. We are in no way responsible for items being mailed to the incorrect address.
If an item is returned due to incorrect address information we will contact the buyer asap to obtain the correct address. Buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

FAQ:
Q: What happens if I fail to collect my package?
If you fail to collect your parcel for personal reasons i.e vacation, absence etc. and if the package is sent back to us, you can either ask to resend the same, for which you are entitled for the shipping fees or for a refund, minus the shipping fees.
Your local post office will hold your package for 15 days and then ship it back to us.


** DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for delays caused, encounters a delay by the Customs. We have no control over your package once it has shipped abroad. Please use your parcel (or tracking) number or contact your local post office to inquire about the status of your package if you have a question.

- Missing or stolen package can be a frustrating thing since there is no guarantee it will ever be found. We encourage our buyers to contact us through conversation on etsy if not receiving items in 45 business days from shipping time. We will immediately contact our local post office and work on your case, as quick as possible to solve it. Please be patient with us, since we'll depend on your local PO and our local PO to get any info of your item where about.

- If not receiving items in 120 days from shipping time - your item will be consider missing/lost. Your item/s will be replaced (buyer covers shipping costs).

FAQ:
Q: It has been more than 45 business days and I still haven't received my item. What to do?
A: First, if you still haven't, try to track your parcel from etsy receipt or your governmental postal service website. Delivery can sometimes be slow because of different reasons. Customs department can hold your mail to check it out. and this can take several days. Many times parcel is already lying at the post office waiting for you to collect it. Not all postal services leave note for registered parcel, so please be sure to check if your package is with them.

- Each and every item will be shipped out in discreet, solid carton boxes.
This box will protect your item from being crush, distort, they'll stay in original shape when they're delivered to you :")
These boxes are made of recycle materials (yes, global warming is a serious science )

- We do not ship item/s in slimsy, plastic bags. Just NOPE!
