We do our best to create a product that you will be happy with!

Please note that all sales are final. We will exchange anything within 5 days after you receive your order if you are not completely happy with your purchase. You are responsible for charges to ship the item back. Once received, we will send you the exchange item at no charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.


Damage Claims: Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival. Damage claims will not be honored if reported past 5 days after delivery. Claims can only be submitted once per order. Submitting any additional claims will result in denial of the additional Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims. If there is damage to the outside packaging please photograph that as well. Photographic evidence is required by the Post Office as part of the insurance claim. It is your option to receive either a full refund or a replacement item upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage. If you are unable to provide photographic evidence then return of merchandise will be required. Once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund. Please note this process takes approximately three weeks.

How to Return Orders - DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Your happiness is very important to me and I will make every effort to work with you whenever there is a problem with an order.
Payment
I only accept payments immediately at checkout and no later. If I do not receive a payment from you within 24 hours, then your order will be cancelled and you will not receive your order. I accept PayPal, Credit/Debit and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
We only offer shipping within the U.S. We ship via Priority USPS (3-5 business day) to the address that you provide upon checkout. If your items are returned to us, postage will need to be paid again. If the package is delivered to your old address because you have not updated your account, please understand that this is not our responsibility.

Key necklaces or key chains, and gift box, are shipped in padded mailers.

See suggested delivery times below. Once an item ships to the address you provided upon checkout, We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please choose Priority or Priority Express. Etsy provides tracking information when a package ships...please check your tracking number before contacting me to inquire about the status of your order. We both have access to the same tracking info, we have no more than you do. If your package is shown as being delivered and you didn't receive it, it is best to contact your local post office before contacting us. We will not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered. Thank you!

We are not able to check messages constantly, so if you place an order and immediately message us asking to change your address, we can't guarantee that we see your message before your label is printed or you package is shipped. You will still be required to pay a fee to have your address changed, even if we can catch it before your label has been printed. Our time is valuable and any additional time spent correcting mistakes must be accounted for – and we have to pay a fee and sales tax each time we list an item for sale...this includes shipping labels.

First Class:
Arrives in 3-6 business days once it is shipped, depending on your location. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

Priority Shipping:
Arrives in 1-3 days once it is shipped, depending on your location. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Use map at https://www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/ and use my zip code (27239) to determine your approximate arrival date. USPS insures packages up to $100.

Priority Express:
Guaranteed shipping time of 1 to 2 days, depending on the destination - or the USPS will refund your money (you must submit all claims through them, not me).
