Thank you for visiting my shop! I hope you have found something you love.
I accept Pay Pal and also money orders. I would appreciate it if payment is made within 72 hours of your purchase. Please contact me if this is difficult for you and I will see if I can accommodate you. If there is a necessity for cancellation of an order, you can contact me and I will refund you through Pay Pal.
All items are made in my home in Cottage Grove, Oregon and I try to ship orders within 7 days of the received payment. (Except during Holidays, especially Christmas)
Then, please include in the notes "message to seller" the date when the item is needed and place the order 4 weeks ahead of when you would like it shipped.
Gift wrapping and custom notes are available. Please ask.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to describe each listing as accurately as possible. Please read the listing to make sure it has everything you need. If you need further information, do not hesitate to contact me. If you have received an item and are not pleased, contact me at bagsinthegrove [!at] gmail.com and I will make sure you are satisfied. I will refund or exchange items if you are not satisfied with them. You can return/exchange the item provided you return it within 3 to 4 days of receipt. I will refund/echange the item once I have received it and have checked that everything is in order. Items must, of course, be unused and undamaged and you are responsible for shipping costs.
Once I have received the item and I check it over to make sure it is in ideal condition, I can send you another item chosen from my shop or I can refund the money. The buyer is obligated to pay for the shipping costs of the replaced item. If the item is in worse condition than at the time of purchase or has been damaged, it is not possible to receive a refund or replace the product. I love doing custom orders I have lots of swatches available for specific color themes and can send you pictures to create your perfect bag. If you would like a custom order please contact me to help you decide what would work best for you. (ie number of pockets, colors, sizes).
If you have clothing, bags, fabric, etc.. from relatives/yourself that you would like reconstructed into a bag(s) I would love to help you out!
SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS THEY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
