A Little About the Shop

My Story...

Sometimes, a business is born out of sheer creativity to address a necessity. My girls, Bailey & Ava, always loved dressing up in princess costumes and pretend wear. I was tired of buying costume dresses and play wear that were either inferior or just didn't hold up beyond a few wearings. I was also disappointed by the limited selections for girls and often taken aback at some of the age inappropriate costumes I saw on the shelves for Halloween.

After creating dresses for Halloween and play, the requests to make costumes for others started coming and I realized the need. Today, I am proud to bring to you a line of costumes that solely caters to girls. Whether it's looking like a magical princess for a special birthday party, event, Halloween or simply dressing up, I am excited to make each girl feel extra special.

The Mission...

In addition to making girls feel great with the purchase of a fabulous dress or accessory, I also want to help girls in need. There is so much need in the world and I intend to make giving back a core part of my business. For every dress sold, I will donate a portion of the proceeds to an organization(s) that helps girls and women in need. I hope that you and the girl wearing my creation will take pride in knowing that someone in need will benefit from your purchase.

We offer a return policy on all non-custom items for 7 days after purchase EXCEPT those ordered/delivered during Halloween Week (October 24th - October 31st). However, exchanges will be allowed for Halloween Week deliveries/orders. We will always work with you to resolve any issues. Our mission is to have a happy customer and we take that to heart.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, an exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and receipt of the item within 7 days of receipt of the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The window for exchanges is 14 days.


Please note that refunds are not available for gift card purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval of your return item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

***Late or missing refunds**


If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account again. Next, you should contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

***Sales Items***

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please convo us

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and process the return through them.

Return Shipping


To return your product, please convo us.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and we paid for return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
