To check when your item will be shipping. Please refer to your confirmation email. Check the date you ordered and then add two weeks. That is the day your order will be picked up and shipped. Allow for traveling time after it leaves my hands. PLEASE remember. Sometimes the post office doesn’t scan. You may see it in pre transit for a few days. It’s frustrating, I know, but there isn’t anything I can do, I wish there was.

2 out of 5 starsSuper cute. Yes I read the description. I ordered a 30oz topper and it wouldn't even fit my 40oz. WAY TOO BIG! I had to shave it down.

The customer didn’t even order a 30oz. she ordered a 40oz. So of course the 40oz will be too big for the 30. She definitely didn’t read the description, if she did she would have seen in BIG bold letters that these do not lay flush and are a snug fit. There is also a video showing EXACTLY how it lays. Ordering the wrong size shouldn’t be on the shop and a review shouldn’t reflect a mistake that was made when ordering

I am not sure how I can be rude when I never even received a message from her. She also ordered July 13 and on September 20th she is just leaving a review. I’m thinking she has me confused with another shop and won’t return my messages
