Baileywicks offers simple pleasures filled with fun, creativity and uniqueness. In this world of fast paced drive through shopping I want to slow it down a little, and let you choose gifts and personal home items that have purpose and meaning. Little bits of life for you to treasure.
Because there are so many items spanning a variety of catagories It is definately easier to view my shop by using the shop catagories buttons you will find on the upper left hand side of your screen. This will break everything down by catagory for you ie... if you are looking for a towel wraps and click on towel wraps it will give you all of those selections and nothing else. This way you can see everything in that catagory without having to look through all 10 pages. Ahhh... what a help that little button can be.
Due to the fact that most of my items are personalized I need to have payment before any of the personalization can begin. You can contact me to make arrangements on large orders if you do not want to pay the full order amount up front. I try to process all orders the same week they are submitted. If there is going to be a delay due to material shipment etc.. I will let you know and we will establish a ship date from there. Just about everything in this shop is custom made by me so during peak selling times there may be a longer delay in shipment I will always try to inform you at the time of purchase if I am experiencing a time crunch. Once the product has been made and personalized for you there are no cancellations or returns.
I ship usps unless otheriwse specified. I will ship both regular mail and priority flat rate depending on which is more cost effective. If you want you packaged rushed just let me know and we can establish a priority shipping rate for you. I will notify you when the shipment leaves. So few packages have ever ended up lost or destroyed in shipment so with that in mind, I DO NOT pay for insurance, or confirmation of receipt. If you would like either of these services please notify me when ordering and I will add these additional costs to your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once the product has been made and personalized for you there are no cancellations or returns. I am really hoping that you will be 100% satisfied with your product. If there is any reason that you are not satisfied please contact me, as soon as you can so we can work something out.
