Welcome to Baloo's Corner, we take great pride in what we make. All items are made/painted with the utmost care to guarantee satisfaction upon receiving your order. If you have a custom request, please send us a convo and we would be happy to assist you to the best of our ability.

Payment
We accept Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal and pay with your credit card.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, We will send a friendly email reminder. After 2 days, the order will be canceled, unless you convo us otherwise.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.

We ship via USPS first class mail for small item or the flat rate box for multiple or heavy item. If you would like insurance that would be an additional cost. Just let us know. All items will be shipped with a confirmation number free of charge.

If you are outside the U.S. or Canada and would like the EXACT shipping for your country in the EVERYONE ELSE section we will happily calculate shipping for you. Shipping cost may be slightly less than what is shown. All International orders will be shipped by registered mail. EMS is available upon request, this is a faster service and cost more depending on your location.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept refunds/exchanges for custom items. You will be sent a picture of the finished item for your approval before we ship out.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the Postal Service if insurance is not purchased. We have never had anything happen and we package item very well to avoid this scenario. We will not be held responsible if you receive item late as that is out of our control once it has been hand delivered to the post office unless you purchase overnight express then proper forms will need to fill out at your post office to demand a refund for that service.
