all of my designs and artwork are 100% original, and completely handmade. but even with our broad selection of items, if you don't see what you're looking for, we would be more than happy to work with you to create something custom to fit your needs and budget. it happens to be one of our favorite things to do, after all!

all wedding invitations and announcement sets include the main invitation, rsvp postcard and outer envelope, but can be expanded to include an array of options such as colored envelopes, additional insert cards and more! i'm also always more than happy to provide matching programs, menus, thank you cards, etc. to any design!

the fine art pieces are all one-of-a-kind, and our original paintings. custom projects can also be commissioned.

we understand that life is unpredictable, and that situations can change at any moment. and while we hope our clients don’t have to cancel their orders, we understand if it’s necessary.

for wedding invitation clients who cancel their order before the project has gone to press* will be charged a 30% cancellation fee, plus any costs that the client may have incurred up to that point. unfortunately, once it has gone to press, we are unable to cancel the order and no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

please be sure to review all proofs carefully to avoid any typographical errors. it is the client's responsibility for accurate proofing before a project is sent to press.

* please note that orders go to press within 24 hours of a client’s proof approval
Payment
we accept paypal, personal check and money order.

for listed wedding invitation and announcement sets, payment is due immediately after a digital proof has been approved. once received, we will begin production on your project, which will be completed within approximately 10-15 business days.

for any custom project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order for any work to continue after a prototype design has been determined. once the artwork has been finalized and digital proof has been approved, the remaining balance is due before production can begin. depending on the complexity of the design, as all items are hand crafted and assembled, the production process will take approximately 10-20 business days.

please note that all sales within california will be subject to applicable sales tax.
Shipping
we ship via usp, first class or priority mail, depending on the size of the shipment.

for international orders, please allow 5-15 days for items to arrive.

if needed, we can take care of most rush orders depending on the complexity of your project, and the quantity you need. however it is your responsibility to help us make this possible by promptly responding to any and all proofing questions and issues that arise*. a 20% rush charge applies.
