Please read all policies that may pertain to you or your order. I welcome feedback and conversations if you have questions. Please remember that as a businesswoman I am producing, crafting, and working all the time and yet I am able to respond to emails quickly. Please do the same when having conversations with me. I would still love to hear from you if it is simply to say: I like your item, I cannot accurately see your item, I love comics too, or Let's talk about the crafting process.
Refunds for damaged goods are available with evidence that you have not tampered with the item. Sometimes handling and shipping damages an item and I will work with you on an individual basis. Items that are custom orders need to be paid for in advance. Deposits or payments may be discussed, but are not guaranteed & are at the shop owner's discretion.
I am based out of South Dakota, any purchases made within South Dakota will be subject to the State tax. Please contact me for more information if you don't understand or have questions.
Shipping has increased for sellers, and my shop will reflect those changes. If you have questions, please ask. Any overages may reflect the cost of packaging materials to ensure your items arrive quickly and safe.
Smaller items are enclosed within bubble lined mailers and sent as soon as possible. Items purchased on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day if they are ready-to ship status. All custom orders have a two-week crafting time. Shipping time is not included in this estimate.
**If you have purchased an item and the shipping is higher than what you have paid for, I may utilize flat rate or other ways to fit the shipping to what was paid for to minimize the cost of items and labor reflecting in store prices.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not guaranteed for broken or mishandled items used outside the advised care. Evidence such as photographic or physical may be necessary to receive a refund. Items that are purchased, received, and not liked for whatever reason may receive a % based refund, but are not guaranteed to be refunded. Returning items and the cost are the buyer's responsibility. The seller is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items but will try to amend with a new item, or duplicate, or refund, but it is not guaranteed.

The owner reserves the right to refuse service to Any buyer. Disrespect, lying, or manipulation are frowned upon and those purchases may be refunded at any time. This shop owner respects herself, her work friends and family, and the Etsy community, any abuse of the Etsy community will be reported.
