Welcome to BanjoBeads! All my beads are lovingly made in my little studio in Blackpool. Each one is handmade, and all are very different from the next. Each item is carefully inspected for flaws before being thoroughly cleaned and polished.

Goods should be returned to me in original condition, within 10 days of the date of receipt.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount. I will not refund postage costs incurred in returning items for a refund. Please ensure that returns are sent via a tracked delivery method.
I currently accept payment via Paypal.
Shipping prices are clearly stated, and include packaging.

Postage to the UK will be by standard first class post, unless your order value is more than £41, in which case a tracked delivery method will be used.

Postage to the USA will be by standard air mail, which is NOT tracked. If you would like tracked delivery, please contact me, but please note that the cost for this is $10.

All items are well packed prior to sending but if an item is damaged during shipping then I must be contacted as soon as possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
I try to take photographs that are as accurate as possible, but due to the difference in various monitors, colours may vary from the actual item My photographs are taken using a white light tent and natural daylight bulbs to ensure as accurate a depiction as is possible of the colours of the bead.
I also describe my items as accurately as possible, so please check actual sizes quoted in the item description, as the pictures of the finished items appear larger than they are in reality.

All items, images and descriptions are copyright.
