All of our items are custom made to order- if you are needing a specific size, or need a particular flower or bow on a clip instead of headband and vice versa we are happy to do it! Just convo us for specific information on a particular product.

Payment
Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. Orders will not start processing until paid for.
Shipping
Although most orders ship within 5-7 business days and then the regular 2-5 1st class mail shipping days (within the continental US), orders can take up to 10 business days to process leading up to a holiday or during a sale.

If you need your order EXPEDITED, please be sure to contact us through the Etsy *contact seller* tab to set this up. Please be aware that even with EXPEDITED orders, we may still need up to 48 business hours to get the order processed and completed depending on the size or products in the order.

Please take into account that we will not be able to respond to all inquiries immediately. It may take up to 48 business hours before we can respond to messages so please plan accordingly.

Please know that we will not be able to tell you exactly when your item will ship other than your item will ship within the allotted amount of time stated above. PLEASE plan accordingly and allow ample time for your custom made items to arrive (all items are custom hand made to order in the order they are received).

Also, we do not see notes to seller until we process your order which is sometimes several days later- If you need to contact us right away- the BEST way is to send a note through the Etsy *contact seller* tab ;)

**If you would like INSURANCE on your order, please contact us through Etsy and let us know (contact seller button) to add it right away (same day you order)!! We highly recommend this on larger orders!! We charge a very small amount for shipping (to save our buyers lots of money) so there is no tracking number or insurance on orders unless you send us a note that you would like to add it to your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that we have no way of knowing how long it will take your item to get to you once it has left the United States. There are varying arrival times due to Customs Offices. We will not replace "lost international shipments" until 8 weeks after shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take every measure to ensure you receive a beautifully hand crafted accessory. If you are ever in any way not more than happy with your purchase, please contact us right away and we will do whatever it takes to ensure your happiness and satisfaction!!Your happiness is most important to us!!

***Please note that because each item is hand-made to order, returns will incur a 30% re-stocking fee.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are ordering an item that has sizing or color options, please be sure to state in the notes to seller on your ETSY receipt (NOT Paypal receipt) what your preferences are. We sometimes cannot see the Paypal notes to seller and if no instructions as to color or size are provided your order will be help back. Thank you!! :)
