1. Buyer understands and agrees that their custom design will be created in 10 business days. All custom orders are shipped in 10 business days. Not the same day the order is placed. Not in 3 days. Orders are shipped after 10 business days. 10 business days is our Production time, also called "Turnaround".
2. After an order is shipped in 10 days after it was placed, how long it will be in transit?
We are in Canada:
- if you have chosen default shipping - 2-3 weeks in transit
- if you have chosen "Add Tracking" - - 2-3 weeks in transit
- if you have chosen Xpress - 3-4 business days in transit
✤ Xpress must be chosen at checkout, we can not "upgrade" your shipping after order is being placed.
✤ Shipping via Express DOES NOT SHORTEN TURNAROUND.

Should you need to contact us at anytime during the transaction, please do so through Etsy Conversations ONLY.
In order to keep track of ANY and ALL information pertaining to your order, it is VERY IMPORTANT and a MUST that you use ONLY ETSY CONVOS to contact us. All messages sent to our email address will receive an automated responce prompting to contact us via Etsy CONVO ONLY.
ETSY Convo mail is the fastest way to communicate - we respond anywhere from 10 minutes to 8 hours; there will be a delay in responding during weekends and holidays.
We have a strict NO PHONE POLICY. We need to have a transcribed proof of what has been said, asked for, agreed upon; same goes for exact spelling, dates. Etsy Mail - ETSY CONVO provide excellent Buyer and Seller protection, keeping an exact WRITTEN TRACK of all custom details, requests, CHANGES, etc.
NO RESPONCE from the Buyer after the order is placed.
If you place a order and weI contact you with questions via ETSY CONVO mail and we do not hear back from you in one full week ( including the weekends ) we will cancel your order.

•Tracked Packet™ International - is an economical service for shipping small and lightweight items. The maximum weight for a Tracked Packets item to other international destinations is 2 kg.
Tracked Packets must be posted in Canada for delivery in foreign country, and must bear a Canadian return address. Delivery standards are 6 up to 17 business days. Includes: $100.00 CAD Coverage.
--> AUSTRALIA: Jewelry is permitted only when sent as an insured parcel using Tracked packet International service, thus, s&h costs.
--> CUSTOM DUTIES:
European Union customers - please be aware that there is a chance that you will be asked to pay custom duties by your country's customs officials.
I mark my packages: "Hand made in Canada" which is useful for NAFTA residents.
--> S&H equation: S&H= Shipping AND Handling.
--> SHIPPING = actual rate Canada Post is charging me. Please note that Canada Post rates are very, very different from USPS rates.
--> Please note that HST (Harmonized Sales Tax in Canada) and Fuel Surcharges on your package, are charged directly to the sender, but WILL NOT APPEAR on your package.

All packages that are return to us by carriers as undeliverable are subject to additional shipping charge to resend the item.

Refunds and Exchanges
We regret to not being able to cancel an order once it has been placed as we start working on it right away. Please be sure you want to place your order before doing so.
RETURNS and REFUNDS:
Any custom items are not returnable as they were customized just for you.
Our designs are HANDMADE and therefore have a unique look to it.
The letters not supposed to be perfectly aligned, spaced or have the same depth. This is intended and this constitutes the beauty of hand stamped designs.
All personalized designs in our shop are created for you, by us, in CANADA.
🔴 1. Custom items are made on a contract basis.
🔴 2. Exact description of what is wanted is incorporated in the contract and the item is not returnable.
🔴 3. Please provide exact information for the contract - please use "Note to EngravedGifts1" area (at checkout) to provide ALL details about your custom order.
🔴 4. Please check your Etsy messages DAILY and until your order is marked as "shipped".
🔴 5. Personalized custom jewelry is non-refundable, non- returnable. Your custom made, personalized design was made especially for you, according to your specifications (see ¶ ¶ 1- 3 above)
🔴 6. We will replace chains only if they are defective (detached from clasp or weak clasp spring) under following conditions:
- chain defect must be reported via Etsy convo within SEVEN days from the day the package was delievered.
- all defective chains must to be returned to us for the exchange
🔴 7. Buyer assumes responsibility for broken chains or missing charms due to broken chains. The chains are delicate - please do not sleep in your jewelry, always take your chains off when coming into ANY contact with water.
🔴 8. POCKET WATCH - please do NOT give Pocket Watch to minors. If you want to present a watch to a young child or youth, PLEASE, FIRST show the child how to use the watch - how to adjust the time, manage the knob pin, open the lid, etc. If the child roughs or breaks otherwise the delicate piece of jewelry, including pocket watch, we are not to be responsible for such mistreatment.
🔴 9. To qualify for an exchange, or defect claim, items MUST be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
🔴 10. CANCELLATIONS for CUSTOM orders:
We are sorry, we are not able to cancel your custom order once it is placed, since we atrt to work on it right away. Please make sure you really want to order before placing your custom order. Thank youl.
🔴 11. Refunds on canceled NON-CUSTOM orders might take up to 7 days to be processed. Refunds are only for non custom items in a new condition (unused) and a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply.
🔴 12. If buying for someone under 13, please know that kids have a tendancy to play and pull on the pieces abit to hard and might lose a piece to a iteme they have received. If this happens please know I wont be able to replace the item for free but can for a small fee. If you have concerns please contact me about it and will try to work something out to fix it.

Care for Sterling Silver, Copper, Bronze and Silver Nickel jewelry:
- Wrapping your silver jewelry in newspapers or plastic bags will cause your jewelry to tarnish severely.
- Chlorine or bromine water (swimming pools, high clorine household water, hot tubs, household cleaning supplies diuted in water) will tarnish sterling silver.
- Sterling Silver not worn for long periods will react to the sulfur or hydrogen sulfide present in the air.
- Don't shower with your jewelry, household clorine water, shampoo and conditioner will tarnish your chain.
- Your jewelry should be the last thing that you put on before going out and the first thing to be taken off when you get back home. Powder, hair sprays, body lotions, perfumes will tarnish your sterling silver chains.
- Do not sleep with your jewelry on. The connectors of your chain may get caught and jump rings will open, damaging your chain.
- Silver Tarnish (Oxidation): With time, your shiny silver chain will develop a tint from yellowish to black. This is called oxidation and is a natural process. It is a false notion that only low quality silver will tarnish since all grades of silver will oxidize.
- What causes your sterling chain to tarnish: chlorine, sulphur, bromine present in ambient air or water, oils, rubber, gazoline - even touching your chain with oily hands after a meal will oxidize your sterling chain.
- If your body has HIGHT ACID LEVELS your sterling will tarnish/oxidize much faster then with those subjects with lower body acid levels.
- If you notice tarnish on your chain please use a jewelry polishing cloth or pad, or mild no phosphate detergent or a fine baking soda (dry) - be very gentle when cleaning your jewelry.
