Creating is my Passion

I've always loved to create things, from drawings and crafts to fashion and accessories. About three or four years ago, I took public sewing classes, and then took fashion and sewing classes in high school. Since then I have made costumes, pajamas, dresses, casual clothing and a wedding veil, and so I am excited to use my sewing skills to now create hair bows since I love them so much!
I thought it would be a good idea to create a shop online because I have also always been interested in creating on the internet too; html and css courses, posting my art online, and connecting with people from all around the world is very exciting to me! Now I can actually share my art with the world, and make a small profit off of it too! I could really use a little extra cash for college and diabetes supplies.
My first thought of creating an online shop was when I was working in retail and saw that the store I worked at was selling very simple small satin bows for $8.00 each. I thought it was the most ridiculous price for a simple bow, and so I then thought of my bow shop and how the prices would be fair depending on the level of difficulty they were to make.
My workspace is in my bedroom at home in the summer, and in my room at residence during the school year.
Hopefully my shop will be popular eventually, I'm excited at the thought of making my very own business cards!
Thank you so much for visiting! You are supporting my shop already by stopping by!

Welcome to Bare Bow Seduction!
All my bows are created entirely by myself; they start as a strip of fabric and trim and then are sewn up by me and my sewing machine. I hope to sell my bows to people who adore them as much as I do!

My work area is 100% smoke free, I do have two cats, but I keep all of my supplies and finished bows out of reach.
If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to contact me! I keep my Etsy shop open almost 24/7 (except while I'm in class, or sleeping!) and will get back to you immediately or within hours! I also check my email about two times a day.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment is expected right after an order is made. Currently I accept Paypal, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for payment.
The best way to pay if you are a new internet buyer is probably Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account, and it is the most safe and secure way to pay!
*If you pay with an e-check through Paypal, I will need to wait until it clears to ship your product. This can take 7+ business days. I will send it immediately after clearance.*
Everything is shipped once payment has been cleared.
I can usually ship on the day of your purchase, unless I happen to be very busy and it will be sent the next day. My products come in a padded envelope so they are safe and secure for their travels!

If you use Paypal, the shipping address used to send an Etsy order is from Paypal. Please double check and make sure it is correct! Contact me as soon as possible if you need to change it after the order has gone through.

My shipping fees are as low as I can get them, none of the shipping prices will go to me. Luckily my items are very light and so they are the cheapest shipping price. The overall shipping price includes a cushion envelope, stamp, and the shipping price. You'll notice on most of my smaller items that the second item has free shipping! Feel welcome to take advantage of it!

The estimated delivery times for the U.S.A. are 4 to 6 business days. For International it's 4 to 7 business days. Local (Toronto) Canada estimated delivery times are 2 business days, within a province (Ontario) is 3 business days, and national is 4 business days.

I save all of my shipping receipts. If you would like to see yours please feel free to ask.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept unauthorized returns. Please speak with me if there is a problem with your item prior to shipping it back to me. If there are any issues with your item I am happy to offer refunds, etc. depending on the situation. Before leaving feedback, just contact me, as I will go above and beyond to make things right. If there does happen to be a huge problem with your shipment, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs back to me.
Additional policies and FAQs
If there are more than 1 quantity of a bow, I do not guarantee that both will be the exact same size. They may be about 3cm bigger or smaller, since I do not use professional machines to make all the bows exactly the same. However, if you need more than one bow and it really concerns you, please message me when ordering and I will send you the bows that are the most similar in size.

Also, please keep in mind that all of my bows are handmade, so they should be handled with care. :)
