Welcome to Bark River Boutique, just a stone's throw from the Bark River near Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. I hope you'll find something here that you'll really like. Each handmade item is created with a sense of fun and attention to detail, a one-of-a-kind product that you will thoroughly enjoy. Many of my items are made or partially made from previously-unused vintage fabrics and decorations. The potpourri recipes used in the sachets are mine, and the flowers used in them are home or locally grown.

Shipping:

I ship within 1 to 3 business days.

I'll gladly combine items for multiple orders. Shipping costs are expensive, and they cover the right size to safely fit your items with lots of bubble wrap and other packing materials. I always try to pack your order carefully, just as I would want to receive an order. If you purchase multiple items from my shop, and you pay more than actual shipping/handling at checkout, I'll send you a shipping refund, to the nearest dollar, inside your package.

U.S. shipping for packages under 1 pound are usually sent by first class. If they weigh more, they are sent by Priority Mail. My Priority shipping cost is set for the continental United States only, and does not include Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in ALASKA or HAWAII, your actual shipping amount may be a little more, so please contact me before purchasing, so I can let you know your actual shipping amount.

I always ship by USPS and get delivery confirmation on each order in the U.S, so that you and I have a way of tracking what's been shipped. Once your package leaves my hands, though, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service to handle delivery. So any problems with delivery should be handled by your local post office.

Refunds :
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item was inadvertently misrepresented, I need to know about it and be given the opportunity to correct the situation. I don't give refunds on items that have the measurements in the listing (such as with aprons), though. Please take the time to read the measurements listed, to avoid getting the wrong size.)

Let me know within 3 days of receipt if you are thinking about returning an item. It must be returned promptly in new, not used or damaged condition. Any refund will usually be made minus shipping charges and fees. (All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
