“Vintage” means it has been around for quite a while and does not refer to style. True vintage items are old, have been used & loved, and may show it!
The listing describes age and wear to the best of our knowledge.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit? Is my purchase insured?
We'll take great care packing your purchase for safe transit but in the unlikely event of damage...
1st - Save the item along with the box and packing materials, then take clear photos of everything.
2nd - Contact us ASAP via Etsy messaging with your photos
All orders are insured, and we will handle claims. Just send the requested photos, complete any required forms, and a full refund will be issued.*

Do I need a reason to make a return?
A return can be made for any reason or no reason at all!
