I ordered this item for my violin and I wanted to comment on the customer service and quality of the item I received. I was contacted by the seller after placing my order to let me know that this item I ordered was out of stock. Rather than say sorry, here's your refund, go somewhere else- I was surprise to receive a generous offer of UPGRADING at no additional charge or taking a refund. I accepted the free upgrade and received it very quickly after ( 2 days I believe) and the quality of the item is amazing. None of the crystals have dislodged since putting it on my instrument ( I was afraid that might happen, but no, it is in perfect condition). Overall, very impressed with the quality, uniqueness of the tailpiece, and customer service!!!
