In order to expedite shipments, please provide us with a telephone number when placing your order. We use the DHL express service for all international shipments except for those from outside the EU; Countries of Eastern Europe; Africa and Latin America. This service requires a signature on the delivery and it is strongly recommended that you communicate us a phone number by private message in our store or by a note in your order so that the transport company can manage the delivery. This service is very fast and secure with estimated deliveries for 24-hour for EU countries; between 2 and 4 working days for USA and Canada and between 4 and 6 working days for other more distant countries like Australia or Japan.
For countries without DHL express service we use the International Certified Postal Service in Spain which also requires signature on delivery. The estimated delivery times range are from 6 to 8 days for European countries and from 10 days to 3 weeks for more distant countries.

Now his ashes have found a place in this beautiful urn. When we look at them, a little smile actually arises. It's just a perfect fit for Lukas! In all the grief, it's really nice to have this urn here with us.

Using our photos, Ana was able to create one that looked just like him. She included his distinguishing features all the way down to the tiny light-colored specks on his nose. We're so happy to have something that reminds us of him every time we see it.

Barruntando Ceramics, The most Cute and Creative desings for You.
Pottery is addictive and our little project is a good example of this.
Barruntando born of the illusion of some friends to create a different, bold and modern, light and original utilitarian pottery.
We have our small workshop in Avilés (Asturias), an area with great ceramic tradition.
Our parts are manufactured mostly in white earthenware clay or because we like the purity of its color and strength, very suitable for the type of parts that we manufacture. We also work sometimes with red or stoneware clay depending on whether the piece in question requires it. Decorate mainly inorganic pigments hand-applied on the white base of china which makes each piece special and unique. The finish is gloss clear enamel, suitable for food use. We manufacture our own glazes and slips that we used in certain pieces to get a more vivid and more intense colors decor.

Returns and exchange details
IMPORTANT********
- If your package arrives in bad condition or suspect you may have received a bad deal in transportation, you must open in front the postal worker that you would be delivering timely and put post-service claim if it is damaged his content to receive adequate compensation.
- Once we put the package in the mail service we are not responsible for losses or damage during transport, or delay in delivery. However, if you have a problem with your package and you could not fix it with your delivery service, please contact us and we will try to solve the problem, whenever possible.
-- All of our deliveries are made by certified mail with tracking number.
- If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it in perfect condition and in their original packaging and we'll refund your money, when we receive the package. We aren't responsible for the cost of the return will be paid by you.
- In case you have a problem otherwise, please contact us.
** Orders Returned for not being claimed by the recipient **
- In the event that an order arrives at its destination and is not claimed by the recipient, it is absolutely necessary to contact us so that we will try to manage a new shipment when the package is returned to our workshop. The costs of this new shipment will be borne by the buyer since we are not responsible in any case for this problem.

We do not take care, for obvious reasons, of the loss of packages sent with DHL express in which the recipient has chosen as delivery option, the electronic signature so that the package is left at the door of the house without the need for anyone to pick it up. DHL does not accept claims about this type of service.

Shipping
We have enabled express mail service with delivery in 24 hours for domestic shipments with courier companies as CORREOS EXPRESS, Seur, Zeleris, etc. To be able to contract these services, companies ask us in the forms as mandatory field for a contact telephone number of the recipient, they use this number to manage a new delivery with the recipient in case there is any problem in the delivery. You can leave us this number in a note when you place your order or send us a message. This information will allow us to manage your order much more quickly and your package could be delivered the day after placing your order in most cases, if the items purchased are pieces in stock.
In the case of not having that contact number, we will send you a message as a reminder and we will wait for your answer. If after the maximum time of preparation of the package (2 working days for items in stock) we haven't had an answer on your part, we will proceed to send your package without the telephone information. In this case, if there is a problem in the first delivery, it will be much more difficult and slower to manage a new one and your package will take much longer to be delivered.

We are not responsible for these delays nor can we intervene in them once the package has been deposited at the post office or transport agency.

VERY IMPORTANT

- ORDINARY POSTAL SERVICE:
If you want that we send your order through the regular postal service (without tracking number and NO SIGNING REQUIREMENT on delivery) contact us. This type of shipment has no option of reclamation since the package doesn't carry any type of identifier for its tracking, for this reason, we aren't responsible for the losses of packages sent with this system.
- MANUFACTURING TIMES: The manufacturing times of each piece are usually unchanged, the manufacture of pieces of ceramic craftsmanship is a slow process that can not be accelerated and that includes piece modeling, drying and polishing; First cooking or biscuit at 1020 ºC; Decoration and glazing; Second cooking at 1020 ºC.
- ITEMS IN STOCK: Orders of items in stock will have a preparation period of between 1 and 2 working days before being sent.
-MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: The shipments of items made to order have a manufacturing time of between 12 and 14 days. For custom pieces, please get in touch with us and we will inform you.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders:
- We accept custom orders of our pieces. We can customize the color, size or decoration. For very special pieces, please, ask us.
- If you want a custom piece you have to take into consideration the time of making a piece of handmade pottery from scratch hovers around 2 weeks. At the time of modeling the piece must be added the drying of it, the first firing or bisque, the decor and the second firing.
- This time must be added to regular shipping transit time so that sometimes order delivery could take more than a month, depending on the margins of the packet transit time to certain countries outside the EU.
