Is this a physical product?
No. Everything here is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. Every template also works in Google Sheets, which is free. Upload the file to Google Drive, open it, and choose File > Save as Google Sheets.
Will it work on a Mac, iPad or phone?
Yes in Excel for Mac and in Google Sheets in a web browser. For setting up, a computer is easiest. Phones and tablets are fine for checking and quick updates.
Can I change the prices, categories and lists?
Yes. Yellow cells are yours to type in, and most lists (flavors, stores, categories and so on) can be edited. A few fixed lists, like order status, stay the same so the formulas keep working.
What's the sample data for?
It shows how each template works. Delete it (yellow cells only) when you're ready to add your own.
Can I share or resell the templates?
They're licensed for use in your own business. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.
