Payment
Payment is due immediately via PayPal or Direct Checkout. Sales tax will be added to orders placed by residents of Texas.
Shipping
We ship in one to two business day, however there is no postal service on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders confirmed after 2:00PM on Friday will not go out until the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday) at 8:30AM. Please keep that in mind when ordering items for events. Turnaround time is noted in the listing and the "Scheduled to ship by" date is found on your Etsy invoice.

All items I make weigh under 13 oz. and are sent via First Class Mail unless Priority Mail is chosen at checkout.

Shipping Issues and Problems!

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided to me is current and correct. Each order is shipped to the address shown on the Etsy invoice, so please carefully review your address when given the opportunity during checkout.

If an incorrect address shows on your invoice and you realize it, let me know immediately. If you used Direct Checkout, I will change the address when I go to print the shipping label. If you paid with PayPal, I will not be covered under their seller protection if I change it, so your order will have to be refunded and repurchased after you change your address in your PayPal account.

Additionally, packages returned to me as undeliverable due to an incorrect address on the invoice will be shipped a second time at the buyer's expense. You are responsible for providing the correct address. I am not liable for packages that never make their way back to me when the address provided on the invoice is wrong.

International Orders

If you do place an order, then I ask that you remain patient and not panic regarding non-receipt of the package. Thank you for understanding that I have no control over any country's customs process or speed at which it delivers packages.

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and/or duties that may be assessed by her country of residence, so please become familiar with those before purchasing. Under no circumstances will I mark "gift" on a customs form, since what I am mailing is merchandise. Even if you are giving it as a gift to someone else, it does not qualify.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from my shop! In this regard, please practice the Golden Rule—that is—treat us as you would desire to be treated..
{Please read all the way through for complete return/exchange information.}

If it is necessary to send back an item due to a mistake on my part, I will replace the item at my expense. I will inevitably make a mistake from time to time, but I will make it right, so please contact me first rather than going straight to leaving feedback.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, I will refund the original payment of the item-once I receive the item(s) back in new & unused condition. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the item or items you return.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated through an Etsy convo within 10 days of USPS-confirmed delivery of your package, and the item must be placed in the mail within 7 days of receiving my response. Since this time frame adequately allows for when "life happens" there can be no exceptions.

Please do not return an item without first having a conversation with me expressing your reason for initiating the return and receiving instructions regarding my return procedures. Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded or replaced.
