Shop policies

Welcome to my shop and thank you for buying from me. Each item I have created is unique and one of a kind, so when you purchase fro me, expect to have something special that is not mass produced.

I have always had an interest in crafting, since I was a little girl, I always carried around beads and string in some form. I have always had a fondness for beads, and have always been drawn to those made of glass. For years I collected the work of other artists, and in the past couple of years I have taken up the art of flameworking.

It is easy to become wrapped up in this art-- the danger and beauty of the flame as it melts and shapes the amorphous glass is mesmorizing. The possibilities of color and design are endless, and the way the light shines through create microworlds that my passion is to share with each of you.

For materials I use soft glass, specifically Moretti (Effetre) glass and make my beads on 3/32" mandrels.

Etsy is my first chance to sell my art that I have for now only shared with family and friends. As such, I take great care in everything I make, and will not sell any work that is of inferior quality. All of my glass is properly kiln annealed to ensure durability and long life.

I promise to treat you fairly, how I would want to be treated and want you to be happy with your purchase. I am new to ETSY, so I would ask of your understanding ahead of time as I learn how to set up my business. If you buy from me and are happy with your purchase, please refer your friends!

I hope that you enjoy my shop and please do not hesistate to contact me with any questions.

I am currently only set up to sell in the United States only. Hopefully as I expand I will be able to sell to other countries. I also cannot send to a PO box, I must have a street address. If you have a specific ship request, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

My design is to be fair with shipping costs, and will set up my shop so that if you purchase multiple items, that the shipping will be combined to save you money.
