Good news!!! Up to now - more than 600 parcels - everything arrived safely all over the world. We ship DHL first class mail. Usually there is no tracking number provided from DHL. If you need some item quickly, or if you want a tracking number and insurance, the price of shipping will be higher. In this case write me a message.

We will ship anywhere in the world! We always pack carefully and nicely, we know presentation is important. Wooden animals are quite unbreakable, there is no risk of damage during shipping. We try to recycle boxes and envelopes. If you need new wrapping materials for gifts, please let me know in advance and we will do our best.

Please notice: I ship from Germany. It takes an average of two weeks to arrive for instance to the US. Sometimes it might be a month but luckily this does not happen often.

For ready to ship merchandise, I will ship the next business day after receiving payment. This does not apply to made to order items. Please allow a standard two or three days for me to make these items.

WOODBOOKS are pieces of art, unrepeatable and unique. They are made by hand with great care and skill. You will be marveled to have it in your hands and to understand - it is all made from one tree-trunk. When you take out the figures, set them up in front of the unfolded pages, illuminate perhaps by candle light - you will be drawn into a little miracle.
Please have in mind: Yes – it is to show to children, but not so much to play for them. Parts can be lost, maybe broken, small children might try to swallow... So give it to children in appropriate age. Sometimes a figure doesn´t go in or out easily. Try it from the other side – never use force, only delicateness.
The opposite is true with my wooden animals. They are made to be played with more then one generation. They are save and stable.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
