Forgot to send me my order even though the shop received payment. I had to keep following up to see Ben my order would be arriving. When it finally got here one of the prongs is bent and jewel won't stay in. Thank goodness my sister is in the jewelry business and fixed it for me. I have ordered here before but never with this much pain.

Returns and exchanges
For past few years Bayila Jewellery has grown to sought after brand that is happy to have returning customers.
Due to the fact that most of our items are made to order we do not accept returns. An item is eligible to return only if it arrives broken within 24 hours of a receipt. In such case piece has to be returned in original condition and packaging and the customer covers shipping postage fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which have been used or worn or are damaged.
Since all our items are hand made they are of the delicate nature and therefore need to be handled sensibly.
If you find your item faulty we can fix or replace it for the same one, if it is in stock up to 1 month from the receipt.
Please do not try to repair it on your own, otherwise we might not be able to fix it successfully. Please mind also that we are not responsible for any subsequent damage that might occur after returning the piece back to you. In such case the customer covers shipping fee to the studio. If we can not fix it or replace it, we will refund the money less the shipping fee.
We need to also remember that since these are handmade pieces non of them will be exactly the same, but they might slightly differ.
Because all our items are made to order all deposit payments are non refundable.
Lastly, we reserve the right to cancel a sale if we feel it is in the best interest of the company. In doing so, we will of course promptly refund your full payment or deposit. We also would like to remind all visitors to our shop that our images and designs are copyright protected.
Payment is due within 48 hours of your order via pay pal or your order will be cancelled. The bank transfer is possible, but please contact me before that.
Please mind that most of the items are made to order, therefore average time of fulfilling your order is 2 to 3 weeks. Please contact us if you need it sooner and we will see what we can do.
All of the orders apart from domestic are shipped with International registered air mail that delivers parcels within 2 weeks
domestic orders are shipped with registered post and expected to be delivered within 7-10 days.
After postage we provide tracking number, however it may not be trackable all the way through.
Upon request and with additional fee we provide either EMS or Fed Ex postage that deliver parcels within 2- 3 working days.
We do the best we can to ensure that customs fees/taxes are not added on to your package, but when they are shipped outside of European Union, If the custom fees are added, the buyer is responsible for the payment.
We also do everything to label address details correctly but we are not responsible for lost parcels.
