Refunds and Exchanges

We are always happy to exchange your item if it is damaged in transport, or if we made a mistake in sending the wrong item.

If your item is lost in the mail or damaged by the USPS, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method.

If the postal service claims your item was delivered, but you didn't receive it, we will send a replacement, but we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of checkout.

We accept Etsy Gift Cards, PayPal and credit cards via Etsy Direct Checkout.

I'm sorry, but we do not accept personal checks or money orders via mail.
Shipping
WHERE IS MY ORDER AND HOW WILL IT GET HERE?

Unless otherwise noted in product description, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

Our default shipping method is USPS Mail. We ship from Annapolis, MD, so it can sometimes take 7 business days for packages to reach the West Coast.

Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within three days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date for Priority packages.

We are happy to ship Priority Mail for an extra charge. Contact us directly at darcycormedia [!at] ol.com and we can tell you that shipping rate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We do ship internationally; however, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times vary wildly.

We ship overseas via First Class Mail International, which is the only cost-effective option (and as you can see, even that is quite expensive). This method doesn't provide reliable tracking information.

We are not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be.
