LAUNDRY & FABRIC CARE
• Heavy weight linen for upholstery: dry clean.
• For light and medium weight fabric: Gentle machine wash at 30 C (86 F) degrees
• Line dry in the open air.
To retain the original softness of linen, do not iron
• The worst enemy of linen fabric is chlorine. With it, flax fibers lose their strength and linen products become unusable. This is why only oxygen bleach can be used to wash white things from flax.
• For dyed flax fabric do NOT use the bleach!
• For dyed linen use liquids for delicate washing and colored fabric.
SHIPPING TERMS
All the packages are sent by registered mail. The signature required. And I will provide you the tracking number as soon as the package will be send to the address is written in order confirmation. Please check if it's correct.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for the parcels to European countries, 2-3 weeks to United States, 3-6 weeks to Canada, 2-5 weeks to Australia, 10 days - 4 weeks to Asian countries.
I can not guarantee a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
DELAYS AND PARCEL SEARCH
Please note while you purchase is dispatched I'm not responsible for it's lost and the terms of delivery. The terms are estimated and sometimes the delays can happen. It happens because the post offices are not working at Holidays, for example, or bad weather.
If your package is not delivered in time written here I can apply for search. All you need it's just to let me know that you want me to apply. It will take up to 2 month to find the package. But I hope all of your packages will arrive in time.🙂
THE PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED AND SENT BACK TO SELLER
Please, keep in mind that all the items are made to order and not refundable. It can be refunded if the item was sent to the wrong address and that was the mistake of the seller.
If the package sent back to seller it can be resend to you one more time.
I’m not responsible for the shipping cost and additional shipping cost if the package is not delivered because of:
- the post officer has no access to the address of delivery;
- the address in order was incorrect;
- the address was correct but the recepient wansn't at the place of delivery and did not take it from the post office later.
To avoid these situations, please check the tracking from time to time.
If any other situation, please contact me.
IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED
IMPORTANT! If the recipient sees that the shipment is damaged or there is no attachment, mail employees must make a note that the shipment is damaged and draw up a corresponding act. Also, please take the photo of the damage and contact me as soon as possible.
If you will have no act and the photo of the damage unfortunately I will not help you with this situation.
Duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges
The buyer is responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. I do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost.
IS THE BUCKWHEAT ORGANIC?
The buckwheat hulls I’m using are Ukrainian. Ukraine is one of the biggest producers of buckwheat in European Union..
If you need organic certificate, I don’t have it. Organic- it means grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial chemicals.
Buckwheat itself, a very strong plant and it does not need to be treated with chemistry against weeds and fertilize, so that is why the buckwheat fields planted are environmentally friendly. So, yes, it’s organic.
Is it clean? It is carefully cleaned three-time high temperature (160 ° C!) Here is the guarantee of cleanliness and safety of the sleeping product.
The buckwheat pillows recommended even to children and people prone to allergic and asthmatic manifestations.
ORDER CANCELATION!
I do not accept cancelations because all the orders are sewn only after the purchase. Each order is the custom order!
But if I did not start to make your order I can make the refund except 10% UNREFUNDABLE FEES.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All the cushions and coves are made to order for every customer therefore returns are not accepted.
In case of return here is 50% restock fee for any returns plus shipping fee both ways. I will make the refund as soon as I will receive the item back in it’s new condition.
Orders on sale and cutom orders can’t be returned and refunded.
