The art of beautiful presentation begins with one request to Be My Guest. Our purpose is simple, we bring beauty and elegance into your experience. It is our intent to provide each client with the ability to communicate beautifully. Because we understand how important your event is to you, it is important to us. We intend to exceed your expectations with the quality, beauty and elegance of our designs and papers. Each custom design is created and refined to suit your needs by a highly skilled graphic designer, ensuring that your final product is impeccable.
A $250 deposit is required to initiate the design process and is applied to the total cost of the order. The remaining balance is due in full upon receipt of the final proof approval. Items do not go to press until final approval is received and the final payment is secured in full. A non-refundable fee of two hundred fifty USD ($250) will be retained for design of the proofs. Cancellations are accepted at any point in the process, BEFORE items go to print. The deposit is forfeited if the project is abandoned (ie lack of response and/or non-payment of remaining balance for 30 days after delivery of the proofs).

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS Each invitation set is made-to-order and therefore is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Be My Guest Design is not responsible for errors in the approved emailed proof, including but not limited to: spelling, type size, color, design, typo and incorrect or missing information.
Cancellations are accepted at any point in the process, before items go to print. A non-refundable fee of two hundred fifty USD ($250) will be retained for the design of proofs. Once proofs are submitted by email, fees become immediately non-refundable. Upon client approval of the final proofs, items immediately move to print and all fees become non-refundable.
LIABILITY Be My Guest Design reserves the right to modify policies at any given time without prior notice to the client. This includes, but is not limited to: design changes or discontinuance, content changes and modifications to pricing and shipping terms.
All taxes, duties or other tariffs levied on international shipments are the responsibility of the client.
Be My Guest Design uses UPS for domestic shipping in the U.S., to ensure that your order arrives in a safe and timely fashion. Should your ETSY mailing address NOT be your preferred shipping address, please let us know immediately. Be My Guest Design does not defer to PayPal addresses for shipping.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order, please let us know so we can work together towards an appropriate resolution.

SAMPLES || Domestic U.S. Residents: Please allow 7-10 business days for sample delivery by USPS. Please refer to the sample listings for cost. All samples mail for $4USD.
International Buyers: Please allow a minimum of 12 days for sample delivery. Additional delays Customs delays may occur and are not the fault of Be My Guest Design. Mailing cost for samples delivered to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska=$5.50USD. Samples to all other points=$10.
*Hawaii, PR and Alaska are not included.
Refunds and Exchanges

Be My Guest Design is not responsible for items stolen after delivery or lost in delivery. We use UPS to ship our products and will do our best to aid you in locating your package.
Additional Policies and FAQs
MADE-TO-ORDER || Be My Guest is committed to exceeding your expectations, and providing each client with exceptional quality and customer service. Each order is crafted by a highly-skilled graphic designer to ensure the quality and beauty of the finished product. Once the order is received, along with the desired text, a digital proof will be submitted for review and approval by email. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns. As a result, we implore our clients to thoroughly examine the personalized proofs with great care to ensure the accuracy of the order before submitting approval.
DESIGN || Please note that our designs incorporate sophisticated typesetting techniques. For this reason, your text may appear slightly different that the original design shown based on name length, characters in name, number of characters per line, etc. These variations are an inherent part of the design process and will result in a unique invitation. As with all text and spelling approvals, these issues are subject to the proofing process. No items are sent to press without your final approval.
PROOFS || As soon as the proofs are complete, they are emailed in PDF format. Personalized proofs are submitted by email in five to seven (5-7) business days. If this timeline needs to be amended for any reason, you we will be informed immediately. Once you have carefully reviewed each print item, please forward by email, any necessary corrections within seven (7) business days. We will revise the design as needed and resubmit it for final approval. Two (2) sets of proofs per card and any minor edits are included in the base cost of each item. Each additional proof is $25 each, per card and as with all edits, are limited to changes in content and color, exclusively. Major edits and/or additional design work will incur additional fees.
Items go to print upon receipt of your final approval. We implore our clients to thoroughly examine the personalized proofs with great care to ensure the accuracy of the order before submitting final approval. Reprints to ameliorate such issues are the sole responsibility of the client.
PRODUCTION TIME FRAME || Please allow six to eight (6-8) weeks to complete the design process and receive your items. After the proofing process, most orders are delivered within 4 weeks. This timeline is impacted by the responsiveness of the client during the proofing process and the number of proof rounds that are required. International clients please allow additional time for delivery and plan for any Customs delays that may occur.
FONT CHANGES || Font changes are not included in the proofing process, but can be accommodated on select designs for a nominal fee. Please note, some of our designs are based on the typeface and therefore cannot be changed.
COLORS || Font colors can be altered to specification. Up to two font colors from our standard color palette can be selected. Additional colors are $25 each. Color changes to the design elements can be accommodated in most cases. Up to two colors from our standard color palette can be selected, additional colors are $25 each. If you'd like color suggestions, please let us know, we're happy to help. If the hues you select decrease readability or compromise function, we will suggest alternatives and forward with your proofs. Custom colors are also available, for $25 each.
SAMPLES || We encourage each client to purchase a sample kit, which includes our standard color palette. The sample kit provides an opportunity to see how each color prints on the card stocks. We will do our best to match the hues on our color card, but slight variances may occur in the printing process. When assessing color on a computer screen, please be aware that monitor colors often vary from screen-to-screen.
