Unique handmade jewellery for your enjoyment

I adore creating vintage and bohemian inspired jewellery; it's a genuine passion of mine. I studied Fine art throughout my education and have always been creative, it runs in the family.

I love creating items from bare materials and watch them transform into little gems.

Some of my favourite and best selling items steamed from no design at all; I just create designs from the heart…and something beautiful comes from it.

♥ All of our items are hand made to order, in the UK
♥ Please allow up to 10 (*working days) from payment cleared to dispatch the item/s.
♥ UK orders are shipped first class and usually take 1 - 5 (*working days) to arrive
♥ European orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive
♥ International orders (outside of the UK and Europe) can take anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks to arrive.

1/ Damaged items during shipping:

All items are checked and packed carefully before I send them out.
If during shipping, any accident happens that may damaged the item/package; we can not offer a refund. We can however, arrange a replacement but the item will need to be returned to us first.

2/ Lost of item:
We've never had an item go missing. Unfortunately, if for any reason the item does go missing - will not be held responsible for any items that do not reach you due to courier carelessness. Once the item leaves our doorstep, they are in the hands of the Royal Mail.

Please make sure your address is accurate and not abbreviated. The address label will be printed as you have provide it.

We do our job, and we trust the courier to do theirs so please, contact your local office if you have questions regarding your package.

3/ "My item was held by my local depot and I’m late in picking up my parcel. It’s been returned to sender":

If your post office does not have your package for any reason and if it comes back to me because you've not collect it or provided an incorrect address, you will need to pay for the shipping to get it re-sent. I do not refund for any late collections or incorrect addresses.

1. Can I have my order quicker than 10 (*working days)?

2. How long will my item take to arrive once dispatched?

Once the item is shipped:
♥ UK orders are shipped first class and take 1 - 5 (*working days) to arrive

3. Can I have a tracking number?

4. What is a *working day?

A working day is every official working day of the week, these are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays or weekends.

5. Where is my item?

Our listing states that “We aim to ship within 10 working days from payment cleared” so firstly, please ensure that your order meets this time frame.

We will not be held responsible for any items that do not reach you due to courier carelessness. Once the item leaves our doorstep, they are in the hands of the relevant courier.
I therefore do not refund for lost items. We can however, arrange a replacement but the item will need to be returned and packaging paid to send the replacement out.

6. Can I customise an order?

Yes you can, however PLEASE contact me first! On some occasions, customisation is not possible and/or will be an additional cost depending on the price of materials requested. To avoid disappointment, please contact me first.
If you purchase the item and request a customisation, I cannot guarantee that it will be possible. It is therefore important to note that I cannot cancel and refund an order if this is the case.

We ask you remain polite and pleasant throughout. We try our best to provide a good service but we are also human and obtain the right to protect ourselves if spoken impolitely.
