All orders ship from FLORIDA - USA

In stock and ready to ship items will go out within 1-3 business days. If your order is taking longer to ship it may be because the item is currently not in stock. Multiple orders (wedding gifts) can take between 1-2 weeks to ship depending on availability and priority. Always contact us before placing an order if you are in a hurry or if your event is in less than 30 days.

-------> Please note that as a seller we are not responsible for missing packages, delivery delays or any other unexpected errors from the USPS or any other companies - unless the client requires and pays additional for insurance.

*** US ORDERS***

All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with TRACKING NUMBER provided immediately after the order is shipped to your address. Once shipped, delivery time will vary between 2-5 business days.

* PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (1-2 days)
- Please select the shipping method at checkout
- ALWAYS CONTACT US BEFORE PAYING FOR THE UPGRADE as we need to make sure the items are in stock and we will be able to fulfill your request without any delays.

*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ***

Items ship through USPS First Class International. Tracking number is provided but once the package leaves the US territory scanning is no longer mandatory. In that case your country can decide to keep scanning your package or not. Therefore is very common that international buyers see that their items were last scanned in the US and don't see any other information after that. As per the USPS information this confirms that the package is no longer in the US territory.

Please note that once the order leaves our shop we have no control over it anymore and calculating how long customs will take to release it over to you can be tricky. Delivery time will always vary from each country. Your order can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive or longer (if customs holds you package delivery can take up to 90 days or longer in some cases). For this reason we highly recommend purchasing additional Priority/Express mail upgrade, specially if your event is in less than 30 days.

- PLEASE ALWAYS CONTACT US BEFORE PAYING FOR THE UPGRADE as we need to make sure the items are in stock and that we will be able to fulfill your request without any delays.

-> Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included on the item's price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

-> We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

-> The normal transit time varies, pending customs clearance. We cannot be held responsible for any delays made by the postal service.

-> If after shipping an international order the package arrives back at our shop for ANY reason we will NOT refund this order. We can re-ship the order back to the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping cost - unless it is obvious that we made a mistake when processing the order.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS:
We do accept returns (some restrictions apply - please read full policy) and we will gladly refund your purchased price granted the item is in the very same new condition we shipped it to you free of any type of damages.

- WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE! This means the package needs to arrive back at our shop within 14 days from the delivery date otherwise will not be eligible for a refund. Please let us know within 5 days after receiving the item so we can best process your refund. You must contact us before shipping the items back to us.

- You need to return the item in the same original gift box. The item must be mailed in a safe and secure envelope with protective fillers. The buyer is responsible for charges involved in shipping the item back to our shop. We are not responsible if the return package gets lost or stolen in the mail.

- ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED:

*** Items on Sale (Esty Sale, Clearance, marked-downs) cannot be returned or exchanged.

*** Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales are all final. No returns or exchanges.

*** We don't accept returns on bracelets or fancy necklaces (items designed with several stones) since the process of creating these items is very time consuming and involve ordering several pieces to finish the product.

*** Custom listings that were specifically ordered for a client cannot be returned or exchanged.

*** 3 or more orders of the same item is considered CUSTOM and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend purchasing just one item first to see if it meets your expectations then coming back for the remaining sets.

EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange an item you have purchased at our shop you will be responsible for the shipping charges involved in the transaction.

*** If you have purchased a bracelet or a necklace and selected a wrong size you will have to pay a small additional fee if you would like us to resize it. Most of the time we will have to handmade the item all over again. Please contact us about it. (We can guide you on how to properly measure your wrist before you make the final decision).

Before making any decisions, PLEASE contact us immediately if you are not happy with any of our designs. We will do anything we can to make our customers happy with their products and their experience shopping with us.

CUSTOM LISTINGS:

We are very happy to take custom listings and it is our pleasure to make you an authentic and original piece. We give all clients the attention they deserve and you can give us as many inputs as you want, so together we can achieve the desired look. Just keep in mind that after a custom listing is completed we do not accept returns or exchanges on it. Please refer to our return policy. Once the buyer gives us the ok to make their custom piece and the new listing is created the buyer has up to 5 business days to pay for the order. Otherwise we need to be contacted immediately.

*** 3 or more orders of the same item is considered CUSTOM and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, all of our jewelry are made with hypoallergenic metals free of nickel, lead, cadmium and all of this bad stuff!

99% of our earrings posts are made of .925 Sterling Silver.

This is very important to us! We want to make sure you will have no allergies or sensitivity when wearing our jewelry!

Are these real Swarovski crystals?

Yes, all of our designs are done with real authentic Swarovski crystals and we only purchase our supplies from authorized and certified Swarovski retailers. So if you see anywhere on the listing description or title the word Swarovski you know you are getting the real thing!

Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do take custom orders! Please contact us to have something created specially for you!
