Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If, upon arrival, you are not completely satisfied with the item, I will replace the item with an identical item, or you can apply price of item to another in my shop. My goal is for all my customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of my items. Customer will pay for return shipping to me and for return shipping back to them if replacement is due to size or color. Any refunds, returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
No refunds or exchanges on custom made orders as they are made specifically for you.

All my items will be sent with a tracking
number, so returns must be sent back
the same way (registered & priority mail).
TRACKING MUST BE INCLUDED TO RECEIVE REFUND!
Paypal requires that you have tracking
to honor a refund, therefore I will need the same for a return.

Shipping
First class and Priority USPS is my usual choice of shipping within the United States. Items typically arrive in three days. I will notify you when your item is shipped and send you the tracking number. Overnight or second day arrival will require extra shipping charges. Shipping time and shipment method outside of the United States is determined by shipping costs.

My items are ready for immediate shipment and are shipped Monday through Friday. Items are shipped First Class or Priority through USPS which takes approximately 2-3 days to arrive. International shipments are sent through USPS which takes approximately 7-14 days to arrive, depending on which country you're in. Please be aware that an import charge may apply if you are ordering internationally- this just depends on what your country's policies are.
Insurance can be purchased if you'd like. Just mention this when placing your order and we can work it out. Please be advised that without Insurance, I CANNOT be responsible for loss or damage that occurs in transit. For International shipments, it is best for you to contact me, and we can make a reserved listing based on the shipping charges to your country.

Don't forget to make sure your Paypal address is where you want your item shipped. It makes life easier for both of us.
