Notification of any damaged item(s) must be made within 3 days of receipt of package.
Payment
PayPal is the only method of payment that I can accept at this time. This option protects both of us and you are able to use your credit card as well.
Shipping
♥ All items are shipped USPS 1st class mail within three business days after purchase.

♥ If I am unable to ship within the three day period I will email you to advise. I do my best to get purchases out as soon as I can and stay in contact with you.

♥ All items are packed with care so as to arrive just as they should....in perfect condition.

♥ If you wish to purchase insurance please let me know before you pay and I will send a new invoice with the insurance included. Insurance is $1.65 for the first $50. Up to $100 is $2.05.

♥ I am happy to announce that I am now shipping international (buyer is responsible for all customs fees).

Photographs of my jewelry are taken at close up range and cropped to show the detail of the beads and my workmanship so they will appear larger on screen than in real life.

Any RESERVED or custom order must be paid for within 48 hours of the item being reserved.
