What if the color doesn't match what I'm expecting?
If any supply is not what you expect in any way let me know through Etsy that you are sending it back; returns and exchanges are accepted.
Color goes through many filters, not least of which is different color on computer monitors. I can't see what the color looks like on your computer monitor, let alone adjust your computer's color to match my laptops. (And color on phones can be MUCH different.) So please just contact me if you want a refund.
Will you combine shipping on multiple item orders?
Yes. This usually doesn't happen, but if there is an overage due to the purchase of numerous items, I will refund the difference through Etsy. (There's no need to contact me to request this; I will do this automatically if this applies to your order.)
Is USPS the only shipping option?
I have Etsy's Calculated Shipping, which is set up for USPS. However, both UPS and FedEx have ways that you can purchase a shipping label and either download a PDF to email to someone (FedEx) or have a shipping label emailed to someone (UPS). If you want to do this you may do so. (However, note that either of these shipping options are much more expensive that USPS for shipping small items.)
