Hello and Welcome to BeadParlorBeads!! I’m Diane, and I love beads! I’ve always been crafty, and when I went to college in the ‘70’s I started making beaded macrame jewelry (and buying beads ☺️). In the ‘80’s, a generous artist taught me some basic wire working tips, and I made earrings, earrings, and more earrings (and bought more beads 😅)! In the ‘90’s I bought a couple of basic beading books that began with stringing tips, but ended with beadweaving techniques - I had to try them all! (and of course - I bought more beads!).
I opened a retail bead store in 2000, and after 12+ years, I decided to semi-retire. I pared down my bead collection to some of my favorite beads, and opened my Etsy shop! Working closely with Shelley Pleines Nybakke (SturdyGirlDesigns), a fabulous bead designer, I try to keep on hand the beads you'll need to use for her designs....and more!
In my shop you’ll find seed beads galore - many available in 6/0, 8/0, 11/0 and 15/0 - including 100% metal, glass; Toho 3-cuts, Toho Permanent Finish, and Miyuki Picasso. I also carry patented premium ball and socket clasps, short beading needles, Fireline bead thread and extra goodies from time to time.

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me about returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery through the Etsy convo system, and return within 30 days of delivery. I can usually offer a refund if you mail your item(s) back to me, at your expense, in unused condition via first class mail in a padded envelope.

Shipping
I normally ship every day and I REALLY try to get your beadies out ASAP, the same day you order if at all possible!!

Customers are responsible for giving the correct address at checkout, and refunds will not be given for address errors given at checkout. PLEASE double check your address to make sure it's verified by the United States Post Office - this is necessary for timely shipping. If it's marked as unverifiable by the post office, I'll make one attempt to contact you by Etsy convo for a correction or verification, and if I don't hear back from you in 2 day, I will need to cancel and refund your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please use the Etsy Convo system for conversations and any problems or issues. Customers are responsible for having their Etsy notifications set to receive convos from me. I can't answer questions about my Etsy shop with my personal email, or via Facebook Messenger - it's just too difficult to keep track of more than one conversation system.
