It's All in a Name
As a young girl, I loved to doodle my name on everything. I drew it in different fonts, sizes and colors. It was my name and I was proud to make my mark. My addiction to doodling grew into a formal education within the arts.
When my daughter was born, I now had a new creative focus. All of my art and love for showing off a name turned to her. I painted a “Jenna” rocking chair, “Jenna” step stool, and “Jenna” in wood letters across her wall. As friends began having children, I turned this love of painting and creating for my own daughter into gifts for other children. This began Bean Bear Creations.
It wasn't until a few years later when Jenna and I would leave a birthday party with party favors or loot bags that either broke or didn't work before we got out of the car. I felt terrible that a parent had spent good money on inferior quality items. It was those car rides, with a crying child who had a broken new toy, that created that “a-ha” moment to expand and change Bean Bear Creations.
Bean Bear Creations now specializes in quality party favors and gifts that will last. The use of the favor should go past the end of the party. My designs are created with colors or a theme to match the child's interest. And most importantly, the wonderful name of the child, the one they will likely love to doodle and be proud of too, will not scratch or fade since only high quality vinyl is used.
Since all of the products are personalized by hand, by me, please take a moment to read the shop policies so that we are all on the same page.

When you are ready to make a purchase (yea!) please provide me with all of your personalization details. If information is missing I won’t be able to make your order and you will have to wait longer to get your product (bummer).

If a mistake is made on your part, the item is yours to keep.
BUT, If I make a mistake (hey, it happens even to the best of us), the item will be remade with the same item that was ordered and I’ll reship it out to you (on me) as soon as possible using the same method as you originally selected.
Shipping is a huge cost to small business owners and I can’t issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.
If you see a mistake on your order, please let me know within 3 days of receiving your item so that I can get a corrected item out to you.
Orders are created and shipped out within 7- 14 days.
Once you have placed your order, I cannot guarantee that I can cancel or make changes to your order. If your order has begun to be processed, there will be no refund given. But, if I have not started to work on your order I can cancel the order and issue a refund.
Items are shipped within 7-14 days of receiving payment. Shipping is through USPS. If you need your item sooner or prefer another method of shipping, send me a message before placing your order so we can work out the details.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by you (so please double check!) as any errors on your part are your responsibility.
I do my best to keep shipping costs down, but insurance is important. All shipped orders include insurance. I purchase insurance that insures your package against loss or damage.
All items are packaged to withstand shipping; however, there are occasions when things break or arrive damaged due to the carrier handling the package incorrectly. If this occurs, (hey that is what insurance is for) let me know so we can start the insurance claim process.
Once I ship your item with USPS, I can’t control what happens to the package. Therefore, I am not responsible for any shipping delays or lost items once it leaves the shop. Please contact USPS about any shipping issues that may arise.
