Art prints
Our aim is for you to be happy with your purchase, if you encounter any problems or are unhappy with any of your item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be returned unless the wrong item is sent, damaged during transit or is defective.

As a buyer you are responsible for any additional return shipping charges incurred.

Custom orders can not be returned.

Typewriters

We accept returns, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will refund the cost of the typewriter only, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must send the typewriter back to us the same condition it was sent, before we can issue a refund.

We only return shipping costs if the typewriter has been damaged during delivery to you. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, this is for insurance purposes.

We aim to ship your order within 3 - 7 business days after payment has cleared.

Prints are sent via Royal Mail, without tracking to keep the shipping costs down. If you would like to add tracking to your order or you require priority shipping contact us before you purchase..

UK estimated delivery time - 1 - 7 days.
Rest of the World estimated delivery time - 7 to 60 days.

Prints are usually shipped in a postal tube.

Typewriters
We send our typewriters with insured couriers and they will take between 3 to 10 days to arrive.

Any applicable custom fees or duties charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information or if you have any special request.

Please note that colours of the images may vary slightly, due to the differences in colour calibration on monitors and printers.

Coupon codes cannot be used on custom orders, typewriters or sale items.
