I have been an accomplished professional with over fifteen years running a couture design house. My gowns have until recently only been available in the finest stores. Wanting to work directly with Brides and concentrating on individual design, I've decided to open an etsy store. I want each dress to be a work of art that brings out the beauty and elegance of the woman wearing it.

We accept PayPal and all credit cards.

For all custom orders a 50% deposit is required before we begin construction.
Once you have placed an order, we will provide you with a photograph, detailed description of the gown and if necessary, a sketch. We will also provide you with swatches so that every detail is clear and there are no misunderstandings. Once the order has been accepted, we will begin with the construction, and keep you updated with the progress.
The remainder of the invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping.
In case an order must be cancelled, the deposit will only be returned if the cancellation is made before the materials have been ordered- usually there is a 5 day grace period.
Packages will be shipped either via UPS or FedEx, three day express delivery. The cost of shipment will be calculated according to size and weight of box, since each gown has different requirements. We only charge the exact shipping cost, our supplies and handling are included in the cost of the gown.
For International orders, the packages will be shipped First Class Mail. Any additional duties of custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since all Bridal Gowns are custom ordered, we will not be able to offer any refunds, exchanges or returns. If a problem does arise, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. However, we will need to be contacted immediately. It is in our interest that you are ecstatic with any purchase from us.

If you decide to cancel your order after the final design form has been accepted, the deposit is non refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
The dresses will be made to the measurements supplied by the customer (unless they are taken at the studio). A 1/2" will be added to each measurement to allow for ease, so please inform the individual taking the measurements. We can not be held responsible for incorrect information, therefore we highly recommend that you allow a professional such as a local tailor to take your measurements. Once you have expressed interest in ordering a dress, we can supply you with a measurement form.
Since we are working from supplied measurements, do allow for some alterations with a good local dressmaker/tailor.
If there is substantial weight change, we must be notified immediately. We will not charge for minor alterations during the construction process, but would need to if the measurements alter too much and additional time and work is needed.

Please allow eight to twelve weeks from order date to delivery. Exceptions can be made, but must be discussed directly.
