The seller was extremely helpful in communicating with me, and when an error was made in sending it off before the requested authorized signature was confirmed with the post office, they apologized, kept note of the tracking for me, and even refunded my shipping costs. I really appreciated that as I was reeling from a recent stolen order from another vendor. The delivery ended up going smoothly, thank goodness, and I ended up with this gorgeous piece of history in my closet. Thanks so much!
