Returns and exchange details
If a mistake is made on my part, I will of course refund or exchange. PLEASE double check shirt measurements. Items CANNOT be returned or refunded due to size issues.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards via Etsy direct checkout and payment through PayPal. South Carolina buyers are charged a sales tax of 6.00%.
Shipping
I usually ship sooner, but please allow 7 - 10 business days for your item to ship once payment is made, especially on custom orders. Multiple shirt orders may take a little longer. If you need an item sooner, please contact me BEFORE placing your order to make sure it is possible. I will do everything I can to accommodate your request. I ship most items First Class, but will happily upgrade to Priority with additional shipping charges.

All door hangers will ship by Priority Mail & arrive in 1 -3 days.

Please review all notes to seller before purchasing. I may not be able to make changes once an order is submitted. Also, PLEASE make sure the email account you have connected to Etsy is an account you check often. Sometimes questions arise and I need to be able to reach you before I can proceed with your order. ***Custom Orders***
I love hearing your ideas and thoughts for custom orders and putting them into action! Please follow these guidelines when requesting a custom order.

1. Simple color changes in fabric or thread to an existing listing you see in my shop are NOT a big deal. Just convo me!

2. I have had a lot of customers ask me to type a particular name in several fonts so that they can see it. I simply don't have time to do this. Some of the fonts can be previewed at www.dafont.com, www.linotype.com, and other font sites. I have also changed the names of some of the fonts for various reasons. Contact me if you are having trouble finding one and need the real name.

3. I have tons of designs. They are all digital files and I may or may not have a picture available. Again, if you can send me a picture of what you're looking for (such as a party invitation, etc), I can more easily try to match it. I will NOT copy other Etsy sellers' original work, but we can definitely come up with something similar, yet unique!

4. I have tons of fabric as well. Please help me narrow it down by providing a specific color combination you might have in mind. Are you wanting reds, or greens, or yellows? Polka dots or stripes? You can take a look at my other listings to see what I might have available, or send me a picture of something you're looking for and I can see what I have that might be similar.
