Returns and exchanges
BeautiPlan does not accept returns/refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your product, we want to hear from you! Your feedback is important to us. Contact the Shop Owner on our Etsy page and we will respond to you in 1-2 business days.
Payment
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, and/or exchanged. During any sales and/or promotions, order cancellations will not be accepted.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18 years old, please have a parent/guardian place any and all orders on your behalf.
Shipping
BeautiPlan is not responsible if a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The customer is then responsible for any re-shipping fees.

The estimated processing for all orders with BeautiPlan is 1-2 weeks. We thank you for your patience and can assure our stickers are worth the wait!

All U.S. orders are shipping via USPS. The estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after the processing period. All domestic orders come standard with tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. BeautiPlan is not responsible for any items lost after delivery. Once an item has been shipped, BeautiPlan is no longer responsible for that item.
Additional policies and FAQs
COUPON CODES: Here at BeautiPlan, we LOVE coupons! Coupon codes will be announced periodically. Unfortunately, Etsy allows only one coupon code per order. While BeautiPlan offers multiple coupon codes at a time, only one coupon code may be used per order. Once an order is placed, no coupon code can be applied retroactively. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

CUSTOM ORDERS: At this time, BeautiPlan is not accepting any custom orders.
