I love the flowers that Sheena designed! They are just what I wanted. I feel like I didn't do a great job describing what I wanted/needed, but she knew the questions to ask in order to pull from my mind what I was envisioning. The turn around time was super-fast, and I am so impressed with the finished product. I will totally come to BAB in the future when I want more flowers for my wardrobe!

About

Making Beautiful the Forgotten.

While trying to find the perfect bits for my own wedding, I felt that eco-friendly whimsy was missing from the wedding selection.

After creating everything from bouquets to "the" necklace of my dreams, I thought, "I could make every woman's dreams come true". And so now I am setting out to do that.

I use as much recycled and upcycled materials as possible, and most of my wedding dress material comes from a local bridal charity, every cent of the $ I spend there on unwearable dresses go strait to a non-profit cancer fund.

Luckily I have amazing support from my husband, who may have even worked on the bouquet you receive!

Though my original designs are what I believe is the perfect whimsy, I know that your perfect will differ - and I invite that. I want to make your ideal accessories to fit with your dream wedding.

Shop policies

Last updated on December 21, 2012
Hi, and welcome to my shop. One of the things that sets me apart from other fabric bouquet makers is that my materials are mostly recycled, upcycled, vintage, etc. I am assuming that if you came to my shop, this matters to you. I will not substitute brand new material in your purchase unless we have talked about it ahead of time - there are too many "vintage & upcycled" designers using new pieces and passing them off to their customers as older and reused - and nothing drives me crazier!

That being said, the "bones" of some of my items use new things such as floral wire, and brass findings - but I make every effort for those to come from renewable/local/fair resources. Talk to me about your product if you have questions or concerns.

For Vegans - I do not purchase new silk or real pearls. Any silk in these bouquets came from scrap or vintage material, and any pearls you see are either glass, plastic, or vintage (with no known heritage).

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
For large orders over $500, you may put 40% down for me to start work, and pay 20% every two weeks after that until your order is payed. I will only ship once order is paid in full.
Shipping
If your order costs over $100, then I will only ship with a tracking number and insurance through USPS. If your order is over $500, I will only ship via FedEx or UPS, and their rates are a little higher - but too many packages get lost by the Post Office. We can discuss shipping, as you are the boss- but I really really do not trust USPS to get things where they belong on time, if at all.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom made items can not be refunded - but I will work with you on fixing your order if you have a complaint.
