You are not purchasing a printed product, and will not receive anything in the mail. You are simply purchasing the electronic design file. Proofs and final files will be delivered to your registered Etsy email account. You may print as many as you wish.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for printing when purchasing a digital items.

I've printed every item available in my shop on a Canon IP8700 series color printer to ensure color quality. As every printer is different, the buyer should be aware of color variations resulting from the many different factors involved in printing.

I recommend using Prints of Love for best quality (see note below). If you do print at home you will get the best results by using a heavy, bright white card stock that can be found at any office supply store.

All final files are created to the exact size stated in the listing. I am not able to troubleshoot printer issues, as each printer differs.

Due to the nature of items in my shop, all sales are final.
